Author Biography

Morgan Rowe

Morgan Rowe, J.D. is a graduate of the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law, Common Law Section and of Carleton University’s Journalism program. She has been a reporter for a number of community newspapers and online publications and has volunteered throughout her education with groups working on behalf of people with physical and intellectual disabilities. She was the 2011 recipient of Gowlings Writing Prize in the Common Law Section and is currently co-authoring a book on law and identity experiences of young Canadians with disabilities for Routledge. In 2012, she will begin articling with a union-side labour firm in Ottawa.
